		<description>Great story, Olivia.   As a working mother, I can say that having an on-site childcare would make a huge addition to my level of commitment.  Not because I am not already committed, but it simply gives me the peace of mind knowing that my kids are near.  It doesn&#039;t have to be free either, I would be more than happy to pay the market rate for the service.
